How we collect and use personal data through this website.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. Who is responsible

The controller responsible for personal data processed through this website is TJCC-Subcuject ApS, Olesvej 14, DK-2830 Virum, Denmark. You can contact us about data protection at tk@subcujectt.com.

2. What this website does — and does not — do

  • It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.
  • It does not load fonts, scripts or content from third-party servers; all files are served from our own hosting.
  • It collects personal data only when you send us an inquiry through the contact form or by email.

3. Contact form and email inquiries

When you use the contact form we process the information you provide: first name, last name, company, business email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type and your message. We also record the date and time of submission and, for spam and abuse prevention, the IP address from which the form was sent.

Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a business relationship.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the inquiry concerns a potential agreement, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How it is transmitted: form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered by email to tk@subcujectt.com.

Retention: we keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Please do not send confidential information or any health or patient information through the form.

4. Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating-system information. This is needed to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only for a limited period and then deleted.

5. Recipients

Your data is processed by our hosting and email providers acting on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

If a provider processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact tk@subcujectt.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. In Denmark, this is Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).

7. Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is restricted to the people who need it to respond.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the website’s functionality or our data processing changes. The current version is always available on this page.
